Most insurance companies I deal with it's all automated and robots, so I love having nice people that can walk me through the right steps to take and coverages to select. "I have filled a complaint and moving forward with legal action. This same agent called me Friday July 18th about insurance and I explained I already have insurance I just renewed my my insurance paying in full for six months. He got crappy with me demanding I explain why. I told him I already told him why and not to call me back again for the second time. He again demanded I tell him why. I hung up on him and he has called every business day since telling him twice to stop calling me. Today I was sleeping when he called again because of serious medical issues I can't even leave my house except for Dr appointments, testing, and hospital stays so I try to rest when I can. So after I told him not to call back he's repeatedly done so every day since and didn't care about the fact that he's harassing me during a extremely hard time I've been having due to medical issues. He's done it out of spite and it's been the same person every time so there's no excuse on not stopping calling me after asking multiple times to stop. I have evidence to everything I have said in this post and it makes me sick that this is how you do business. By harassing a extremely ill non customer person that has asked repeatedly to stop calling. Every single call is considered a separate fine since I made it clear not to call me anymore. Leave me alone and anyone out there that thinks about getting insurance through him think twice because if this is how he handles a extremely ill non customer I can't imagine what he would do if you would file a claim due to a car accident LEAVE ME ALONE I even have screenshots of him calling every (work) day since I told him to stop calling."

I was switching to her office as my agent retired and she genuinely listened and cared about my issue. She had answers for me in a few hours and followed up with me. "Do not use State farm for your automotive insurance. I have never had an accident with them, yet every other month my rates go up! This month 6 of the 7 cars on my policy went up in price for no reason. I have called in and asked why and they do not have a justifiable answer. You would think someone who pays them $800 per month and doesn’t wreck would be enough to satisfy them. But nope, not enough just keep raising those rates! Coming from a customer who has made every payment on time, and has been with them for 7 years plus. Use a different insurance carrier, not State Farm, they will just keep raising rates."

"I do not have a policy here. I submitted an inquiry for rate which was provided by Dawson U. It was well above our current rate and I politely advised I was not interested.
I am now receiving daily emails from Dawson U asking when to call to discuss it and each time I have emailed back that I am not interested and please stop reaching out.
This is becoming harassing and if it doesn’t stop will be reported. I have clearly opted out of future marketing contacts."
