"Do not use State farm for your automotive insurance. I have never had an accident with them, yet every other month my rates go up! This month 6 of the 7 cars on my policy went up in price for no reason. I have called in and asked why and they do not have a justifiable answer. You would think someone who pays them $800 per month and doesn’t wreck would be enough to satisfy them. But nope, not enough just keep raising those rates! Coming from a customer who has made every payment on time, and has been with them for 7 years plus. Use a different insurance carrier, not State Farm, they will just keep raising rates."

"Luke, I understand your frustration with the current environment of the insurance industry and the increasing premiums. Unfortunately, as the cost of parts, labor & materials increases so do the premiums for auto and homeowners insurance. This is not just a State Farm issue, but an insurance industry issue as a whole and it affects us all. However, premiums are not determined by my office, so I feel like this negative review is misplaced. Please give me a call and we can discuss this. - Mark"

"I do not have a policy here. I submitted an inquiry for rate which was provided by Dawson U. It was well above our current rate and I politely advised I was not interested. I am now receiving daily emails from Dawson U asking when to call to discuss it and each time I have emailed back that I am not interested and please stop reaching out. This is becoming harassing and if it doesn’t stop will be reported. I have clearly opted out of future marketing contacts."

We do have a follow up policy because there are many factors that may change rates depending on the situation, and if we feel we can help we try to! I will make sure Dawson knows you do not need any additional follow up. We are still here if you change your mind! - Mark"

"Would not recommend! If I could I would give no stars. Mark struggled with filling out the Life insurance policy & emailing over the policy agreement. Whenever I finally received the policy agreement over a week later via email it was riddled with inconsistencies and discrepancies! Majority of the information was completely incorrect information due to his inability to listen & input, correct information. We opted to go with another branch."

"I recently changed my State Farm parent location to this one due to their customer service and family feel. When I relocated from my TN agency my Pa agent was chosen for me. In two years I never heard a peep from them aside from when they asked if I wanted more insurance. I have an amazing plan and it’s nice to just be checked on to see if I need anything or even just to verify where I currently stand. Thank you Courtney for introducing us!"
